Out air-filled balloon designs can last up to several weeks indoors! Longevity depends on the room’s environment — temperature, humidity, and surface type can all affect how long your balloons look their best. Once decor is delivered or picked up, we can’t guarantee its lifespan, but we use only high-quality professional-grade balloons to ensure maximum durability.

Outdoor installations are beautiful but less predictable. Because of factors like heat, sunlight, wind, and rain, we unfortunately can’t guarantee how long outdoor balloons will last. We do use techniques and products that help improve outdoor performance whenever possible.

Takedown service is not included but can be added to your order. If you’re renting out backdrops or stands, takedown will be required and automatically included in your quote. Please let us know during booking if you’d like us to handle removal after your event.

The sooner, the better! Our calendar fills quickly, and we limit the number of events we take to ensure every client receives our full attention.

Once your booking is confirmed, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you and materials are ordered for your event. If cancellation becomes necessary, we’ll issue a credit toward a future event. Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change so we can do our best to accommodate you.

We understand choosing colors can be tough (and fun)! We’ll need your finalized color palette at least 3 weeks before your event. If you’re still deciding when you book, let us know and we’ll hold off on ordering materials until you’re sure. Our team is happy to help you find the perfect shades to match your theme.
