Hi, I’m Hilary — a mom of two and the heart behind Blossom Balloon Designs. What started as a small creative outlet between nap times and birthday parties has blossomed into a full-blown passion for transforming ordinary spaces into joyful, one-of-a-kind celebrations.

When I’m not creating balloon magic, you’ll usually find me baking from scratch, cooking for my family, exploring new places with my kids, and recharging at the gym. I find inspiration in everyday moments — the laughter, the color, and the joy that comes from making people smile.

Every balloon design I create is filled with that same love and care. I’m proud to serve families and businesses across Northern Virginia and the DC area, bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a whole lot of heart to every celebration.
